- Call karne ke baad agents turant bank ko alert karte hain account freeze ke liye
- Fraud hone ke 2 ghante ke andar call karne par paisa wapas aane ki sabse zyada chance
Jo information ready rakho call se pehle:
- Fraudulent transaction ki date, time, amount
- Transaction ID / UTR number
- Jis account mein paisa gaya uski details (agar pata ho)
- Aapka bank account number aur registered mobile number
Step 2 — National Cybercrime Reporting Portal par Online Complaint
Portal: cybercrime.gov.in
- “Report Cyber Crime” button click karo
- Category select karo:
- Financial Fraud — UPI fraud, banking fraud, online shopping fraud
- Social Media Crime — hacking, fake profile, cyberbullying
- Other Cyber Crimes — ransomware, data theft, etc.
- Apni details fill karo — name, mobile, email
- Incident details fill karo — kya hua, kab hua, kaise hua
- Documents upload karo
- Submit karo — Complaint ID milega, sambhal ke rakho
Step 3 — Required Documents
Financial Fraud ke liye:
- Bank statement (fraud transaction highlight karke)
- Transaction ID / UTR number ka screenshot
- Fraudster se communication (WhatsApp/SMS screenshots)
- Fraudulent website URL (agar applicable)
- Aapka Aadhar / ID proof
Social Media Crime ke liye:
- Screenshots of offensive content / fake profile
- Profile URL
- Any communication with the fraudster
Step 4 — Bank Nodal Officer se Emergency Account Freeze Request
Agar tumhara paisa kisi specific bank account mein gaya hai, toh us bank ke Nodal Officer ko directly email karo account freeze ke liye. Ye cybercrime portal se faster hota hai.

Step 5 — Local Police FIR (Zaruri Hai)
Online complaint ke saath-saath apne nearest police station mein FIR bhi file karo.
